The LOWCF Community Development Corporation Goals: 

1. Establish a mechanism to provide enhanced education, social, business and economic development services to the community.
2. Assess community needs and create value-added programs to meet these  needs either with direct assistance or through partnering with other  existing organizations.
3. Finance the activities of the organization from funds and resources provide from publicly supported organizations, governmental units and the general public.

Under the structure of the CDC educational, social service, business and economic programs will be developed based on community needs.  These programs will be phased over period of time that is consistence with core priority established by the CDC, availability of financial and support resources, and the needs of the community.
